We handle everyday business IT needs such as computers, email, domains, backups, software setup, and troubleshooting, with a focus on web-based services. We do not support networking infrastructure, internal servers, VoIP systems, cabling, enterprise security, or proprietary applications.

No long-term contract is required. We simply require a 5-hour prepaid minimum under straightforward terms. Prepaid hours are non-refundable.

Most issues can be resolved remotely. Onsite visits are arranged when the work requires it, such as hardware replacement or new equipment setup.

We respond within 24 hours of payment. Completion depends on the request, its complexity, and our schedule.
